[Upgrade to the latest firmware]:

  1. Download the latest firmware from cudy.com/lt500_software_download
  2. Unzip the firmware.
  3. Connect to LT500's network via WiFi or Ethernet.
  4. Follow manual instructions to log into the web management page of LT500.
  5. Go to Advanced Settings -> Firmware, Choose the firmware you unzipped to upload.
  6. Wait 2 minutes for it restart.

[Visible]:

  1. Follow [Upgrade to the latest firmware]. #Very important#
  2. Go to Advanced Settings -> IPv6 to enable it.
  3. Go to Advanced Settings -> TTL -> Custom and set TTL to 64, set HL to 65.
  4. Go to General Settings -> 3G/4G , Set APN profile as Manual, Set APN as VSBLINTERNET, Leave username and password as blank, Set Authentication as PAP+CHAP
  5. Save all the settings and then check. Done!

[T-Mobile & T-Mobile B2B Static IP]:

  1. Follow [Upgrade to the latest firmware]. #Very important#
  2. Wait 2 minutes for it restart and then check if the router connect to the internet, if not, follow below instructions.
  3. go to General Settings -> 3G/4G
  4. Set Network mode as 4G only, Set APN profile as Manual, Set APN as fast.t-mobile.com (Note:for static IP plan, set APN as b2b.static ), Leave username and password as blank. Set Authentication as PAP+CHAP.
  5. Save all the settings and then check.

If the internet still not work after all, then please wait 5 minutes and then go to System status -> System card -> More details -> System log to download the log and send it to our support team.
